For Australian business owners
Explain your business once. Not to every tool, every time.
miPartner does the hard work — you approve!
miPartner is an AI platform built for Australian businesses that know AI matters and have no idea where to begin. You set it up once — what you sell, who you sell to, what you are trying to fix this year — and from then on it is working from your business, not from a blank box.
Start free today, get a real job done this week, and add what you need as you go.

Twenty modules, one business.

On the roadmapVoice and sound, with consent recorded before anything is made.
On the roadmapEveryone tells you to get on with AI. Nobody tells you where.
You have heard it from your accountant, your industry association, and roughly every second thing you have read this year. So you opened a chatbot, asked it something, got a decent answer, and went back to work. Nothing changed — because nothing was connected to anything.
The blocker is almost never appetite. It is capacity: you are already the payroll department, the marketing department and the person chasing the invoice that was due in June. Nobody has a spare fortnight to work out what “adopting AI” is supposed to mean.
So miPartner starts where the capacity actually is. One setup you can finish in a sitting, and one real job done properly this week.
Australian SMEs put the barriers at cost, understanding and time — in that order. 46% say they are not using AI and do not intend to in the next twelve months. MYOB Bi-Annual Business Monitor, April 2026 · 1,000+ Australian SMEs
Two ways to do this.
Neither of these is a straw man. The first is how it goes for most businesses that get started this year, and there is nothing wrong with any single piece of it.
Eight tools that have never heard of each other.
You start with a general assistant. It is genuinely good. But it knows nothing about your business until you tell it, and it forgets between one task and the next — so every useful answer starts with you retyping four paragraphs of background you have typed before.
Then it grows. Something for the website. Something for the email. Something for the ads, the invoices, the quotes. Eight subscriptions, eight logins, and eight tools with no idea the others exist.
The business only exists in one place, joined up: your head. You are the integration layer. You are also the person in the company with the least spare capacity.
The situation most owners are actually in
One setup. One record. One place it all works from.
You explain the business once, in a conversation that takes a sitting. That becomes your Hub.
From then on, what you ask for starts from your business rather than from nothing. The thought partner knows what you sell and who you sell it to. So does every Mi Agent you set a job. When a new module arrives, it arrives already knowing.
You stop being the integration layer. That is the whole idea, and it is the one thing on this page a general assistant cannot do for you.
Your Hub is available now · modules reach the portal in order
You explain your business once. Everything works from that.
Set it up once. It stays set up.
The setup is a conversation, not a form. What the business does, who it sells to, what you are trying to fix this year, how you want to be spoken to, and the lines it must never cross. Answer what you can, upload what you have — your price list, last year's flyer, a supplier agreement — and ask miPartner to draft the rest from your own documents.
You accept, edit or skip each drafted answer, one at a time. What you end up with is a Hub: a private record of how your business actually works.
And then it stops being a form you filled in. That record rides into every conversation you have with miPartner, every time — not just the times a search happens to match a keyword. Your thought partner starts from it. So does every job you set an Mi Agent to do. You stop re-explaining the business to a blank box, because the box is not blank any more.
The setup drafting runs on our own hardware, on a local model, and a person reads it before it reaches you. Nothing enters your Hub that you did not accept. Available now, free with every account
What the “Partner” in miPartner is supposed to mean.
The word is doing real work, and it is written down as rules the product is built to. Not a values page — the operating instructions.
Requests usually arrive framed as a solution — “we need a new website”. The right answer to the wrong question is still wrong.
Including the option you did not ask about, and the option of doing nothing. A partner who won't recommend is a search engine; one who won't show alternatives is a salesman.
When the evidence points away from where you are heading it says so plainly, once, with reasons — then commits to your decision. Agreement that was never tested is worth nothing.
Known, estimated and unknown stay visibly separate. A guess dressed as a fact is the fastest way to lose your trust, and to deserve losing it.
Reversible decisions move fast. The ones you cannot take back — a hire, a big spend, a contract — get asked what would make this fail, before you commit.
It shows the reasoning, not just the conclusion. The measure of a good partner is that you need it less for the same decision, and bring it bigger ones.
Ratified doctrine, inherited by every edition of the platform — not marketing copy written for this page. multitech-edition-charters.md · thought-partnership doctrine

Everything in this list is live, and you could be using it this afternoon.
Your business, written down properly. Free.
The guided setup, plus up to twelve of your own documents. What you get out of it is a Hub — a private, structured record of how the business works, isolated to your account. It is the thing everything else works from, and it costs nothing.
Included with the free account. .txt .md .csv .json .pdf .docx, twelve files.
A website that is live, and that you can change yourself on a Tuesday.
Build pages from blocks, publish, and edit them next week without ringing anyone or paying for an hour of somebody's time. The contact form posts to a handler we run, so enquiries land somewhere. This is the job most businesses were quoted four thousand dollars for and then waited six weeks to change a phone number on.

Sooner or later your biggest customer's IT person emails and wants to know what you are running. Your Trust page lists the controls that are enforced right now — and if one stops being enforced, its claim comes off the page by itself, without anybody rewriting anything.

Most software sites describe the roadmap in the present tense, and you find out which parts were aspirational after you have paid. Here is the real state, in three columns of equal weight — because the roadmap is a reason to start now, not something to hide.

Built and proven on our staging environment. It switches on for customers once an independent security review reports and the agreement with our AI provider is signed. We will publish the date.
Campaign planning, creative and recommendations, with a hard refusal on publishing anything you have not approved. Working on the sovereign platform today; next into the portal.
Every customer, every conversation, and who to call next — deterministic, not a guess. Working today; portal hosting is the remaining piece.
You can already see what is waiting on you. The button arrives with team accounts, because an approval that cannot name who made it is worth nothing.
Add your admin and your team leads, with the owner deciding who may approve what. Specified and decided; not built.
Set an Mi Agent a job, get a draft back, decide. The shape is visible in the portal and the screens say plainly there is nothing behind them yet.
The platform runs eleven module families today on the sovereign side. They reach the portal in order of what Australian owners ask for first.
Start with what is live. The rest arrives underneath you, working from the same setup.
Accurate as at 27 August 2026. This changes when the software changes and not before.
The reason it asks before it acts.
65%
of Australian SMEs not using AI say they distrust AI decision-making, or want to keep human control of their business.
National AI Centre (Australian Government) · SME AI Pulse · May 2026. Their conclusion: adoption “can't be reduced to capability or cost alone — it is fundamentally a question of confidence.”
So the most common reason a business here has not started is not cost, and it is not skills. It is that they do not want software making decisions in their business without them.
That is the right instinct, and miPartner is built around it rather than against it. It drafts, it recommends, it shows its reasoning — and then it stops and asks. Nothing is published, charged, sent or written into your Hub unless you press something, and every consequential decision is written to a signed record you can read back.
It is a slower-sounding promise than “an AI workforce that never sleeps”. It is also the only version of this a sensible owner would let near their customers.
And it is the version that gets used. The tool that quietly does things on your behalf is the one nobody in the office trusts after the first mistake. The one that asks is the one still in use in six months.
We do not learn from your business.
We never use your business content — your conversations, documents or records — to improve our products or train any model. Not pooled, not anonymised, not even with your permission.
There is no opt-in, and that is deliberate. An opt-in setting sounds like the moderate position; in practice it builds a second code path that has to keep track of whose data it is allowed to touch, and that is the kind of condition you get wrong once and are then wrong about silently.
What we do keep, and name: your account and login records, your billing records, support correspondence, and which screens get used. The line is content versus operation.

One person you can name, and a company you can look up.
miPartner is built by MultiTech Intelligence in Victoria, Australia — built for this market rather than translated into it.
An Australian company, on Australian terms.
Australian dollars with GST in the number, terms governed by Victorian law, and support from people in the same time zone as you.
No certification, and no implying otherwise.
No SOC 2. No ISO 27001. No completed penetration test. What is actually enforced is on the Trust page with each control's state — including the ones that are not done.
Enforced today: per-tenant isolation on the server, a signed append-only audit record with an external witness, secrets in an encrypted vault, and sign-in by a one-time emailed code.
Decisions written down before they are built.
When something matters we write it down first, and then we publish it. Two of those records are on this site: the one that made Australian business the customer we build for, and the one that made “we do not learn from your business” binding rather than the current default.
The questions people actually ask.
What can I actually use today, if I sign up this afternoon?
A free account, the guided setup with your own documents, and your Hub. If you subscribe: Mi Website Builder — build a site, publish it, and edit it yourself whenever you like — and the Mi Security report. Everything else is in the Coming soon list above, with where it has got to. We would rather you signed up knowing that than found out in week two.
Does it do things without me?
No. It drafts, it recommends, and then it asks. Nothing is published, charged, sent or written into your Hub unless you press something, and every consequential decision is written to a signed record you can read back.
Do I have to explain my business again for each part of it?
No — that is the point of the Hub. You set it up once and it rides into every conversation with miPartner and every job you set an Mi Agent. Where a module needs something specific that the setup did not cover — the way an ad agency would ask about budget and territory — it asks you once, rather than guessing. A campaign built on a guess about your customers is worse than one you spent four minutes briefing.
Is my data used to train your AI?
No. Never pooled, never anonymised, and not even if you offered it. There is no opt-in setting, deliberately.
Where does my data go?
Into your own Hub, isolated to your account on the server. The setup drafting runs on our own hardware on a local model. We will not tell you your data is stored in Australia — our hosting, database and payment providers process overseas, and it is in the privacy policy as well. We would rather say that plainly than let you assume otherwise.
Do you have SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
No. Neither, and no completed penetration test. What is enforced today is listed on the Trust page with every control's state, including the ones that are not done.
Will it tell me what to do about something that really matters?
It will give you options, the trade-offs, and a recommendation with its reasoning — that is the point of it. What it will not do is pretend to be your accountant, your lawyer or your broker. On anything that turns on your particular circumstances it says so plainly and tells you whose call it is, because confidently answering a question it should have handed over is the fastest way for software to cost somebody money.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep full access to the end of the period you have paid for. Within 14 days of your first purchase you get the whole thing back, no questions.
Start free. See if any of this is true.
It costs nothing, it takes an email address and a code, and you will have your own Hub at the end of it. If we have overstated anything on this page, you will find out in about ten minutes.
